Laser welding machine: This welding method is suitable for the welding of thin-wall materials and precision parts, and can realize spot welding, butt welding, overlap welding and seal welding. It has the characteristics of high depth to width ratio, small weld width, small heat affected zone, small deformation and fast welding speed.

Carbon arc gouging: This method is suitable for the welding of carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and composite steel. Its main characteristics are high welding productivity, good weld quality and low welding cost, but it should be noted that this method is not suitable for welding thin sheets and short welds.

Engineering welding: The use of welding methods to connect metal and non-metallic materials, including plastics, ceramics, etc., and to solve the connection between metal and non-metal, are called engineering welding. Welded structure refers to the structure manufactured by welding methods.

In addition to the above methods, there are many other welding technologies, such as arc welding, gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding and so on. Choosing the right welding method depends on factors such as the nature of the material being welded, welding requirements, and production efficiency.
